Corona Protocol

GENERAL

  • Stay home when you are feeling ill (even with mild symptoms) or when one of your housemates is ill. Don’t worry, we will return your registration fee when you send us a message before the event
  • Keep your distance from others of 1,5m before and after the race
  • Wash your hands as much as possible
  • Participation is only possible for pre-registered riders. It is NOT possible to register at raceday
  • Participation of riders from outside The Netherlands is only allowed when you are free to travel from your country to The Netherlands
  • Be on time. Extra rules and protocols demand more time than usual. Come minimum 30 minutes earlier than you used to do. We will close the registration 15 minutes before the race. If you’re too late you are not allowed to start

DURING THE RACES

  • Don’t spit or empty your nose during the race

BIKE CHECK

  • There’s an entry point and exit point of the bike check area. Place your bike at the entry point. Our bike check crew takes your bike, will do a check-up and upon approval they will put a small sticker on your bike
  • Don’t touch our tools. Use your own tools to prepare your bike

REGISTRATION:

  • BE ON TIME.
  • Keep a distance of 1,5m when lining up. Is the line too long? Come back later. We might work with time slots for registration and bike check depending on the number of participants
  • Payment of your race numbers and/or day insurance is only possible by card (NO CASH PAYMENTS)

PRE-REGISTRATION:

  • Do it, it’s the only way to compete in our races in 2021. WE DON’T ACCEPT REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY
  • Pre-registration is possible until 6pm on the day before race day
  • Make sure to fill in your MyLaps ProChip number and KNWU/UCI license number. This helps us to reduce waiting time at our registration desk
  • When you possess an own MyLaps ProChip, make sure your subscription is valid and the chip is working. When it’s not working you won’t be placed in the results

CHANGING ROOMS, FOOD/DRINKS:

  • Changing rooms are available. Keep your distance when changing. When it’s too crowded in changing rooms, come back later
